2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

   This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding
   the accommodation service purchased electronically via www.arinresort.com.tr.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

   Payments are processed via the virtual POS infrastructure provided by
   Garanti Bankası A.Ş. using a 3D Secure authentication system.

   Credit card details are not stored by the SELLER.
   Payment information is processed directly through the bank’s secure infrastructure.
   The reservation becomes final upon successful completion of payment.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

   Free Cancellation:
   Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date are fully refundable.

   Partial Refund:
   Cancellations made between 7 days and 3 days prior to check-in are subject to a 50% fee.

   Non-Refundable Cases:
   – Cancellations made 3 days or less prior to check-in
   – No-show
   – Early check-out
   – Incorrect age declaration or incomplete guest information
   – Unauthorized name changes

   Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

   Pursuant to Article 15/ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts under Turkish Law,
   accommodation services to be performed on a specific date are excluded from
   the statutory right of withdrawal.

7. CHILD POLICY

   One child aged between 0 – 12.99 years may stay free of charge
   (subject to room type and seasonal conditions).
   The declared age must match the official identification presented at check-in.

8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

   Personal data is processed in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 6698).

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

   This Agreement shall be governed by Turkish Law.
   Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of Türkiye shall have jurisdiction.

By completing the payment, the BUYER declares that they have read,
understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
